Delivery country

We deliver throughout mainland France, the French Overseas Territories and throughout the European Union (including Great Britain).

Delivery price

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands: Colissimo home delivery €8. Delivery by Mondial Relay €3.40. Free delivery for all orders over €80.

  • In the rest of the European Union, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion and Mayotte : Colissimo home delivery €12. No relay point delivery available. Free delivery for all orders over €90.

The delivery time depends on your country and the delivery method you choose when ordering. Deadlines are given as an indication.

At Mondial Relay relay point: In France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days. In the Netherlands, Italy and Germany the delivery time is 5 to 6 days. Delivery to a relay point is not available to other countries.

At home: In France, the delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 days. Elsewhere, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days (excluding Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy, where the delivery time is 5 to 7 days).

Choice of relay point

We offer delivery to relay points via Mondial Relay in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.

You will be asked to select the relay point automatically after payment validation.

If you had a problem when choosing the relay point, send an email as soon as possible to . We will fix this!

Returns and cancellation

Conditions for making a return

Returns will only be possible if they meet the following conditions:

- the products must be perfectly clean;

- the products must not have been worn (except obviously for trying on for a few minutes);

- the labels must not have been removed.

Return prices

All returns are free from France and Belgium via Mondial Relay. For other countries, returns are your responsibility.

Once the items are received (and if they meet the return conditions), you will be refunded the amount of the returned purchases if you requested a refund. Otherwise, you will be asked to choose a relay point and the new items will be sent to you via Mondial Relay.

Deadline for making a return

You have 14 days from the delivery date to send us your return request (exchange or refund) by email to

Obviously, the products you return must be unsoiled, unworn (only tried on), and the labels have not been removed. If everything is good, we will exchange or refund you upon receipt of your items. The refund will be made directly to the payment method used during the initial order.

Defective products

Quality is one of the essential criteria for us. The little hands who make our products are selected for their expertise. Despite everything, if you notice that your product has a defect, write to us at detailing the problem (if you have photos that's even better), and we will find a solution!
